I did this piece for lori(PoU).

The pic doesn't really depict any particular scene in her books... but they were my inspiration none the less.

Additional inspiration came by way of Dave Matthews Band's "The Space between"

Don't they look like real good friends?

*Afterthought* Does this look like a cover form some cheap trashy novel?

wow, I really love this, you made the characters look very realistic, exspecily hermy, she looks quite a bit like the person who plaied her in the movie.

Sorry...I just had to add some more stuff since I love this piece so much. I really love how realistic Hermione looks...and she really looks like Emma, that's insane how you have that ability. There's only one or two other people I've seen that can do that. Truly unique.

this is AWESOME!!! i love Lori's stories and i can totally see where your inspirations coming from!!

The looks they are giving each other are perfect, half appraising, half loving, half searching... thats too many halves... The wet t-shirt effects wonderful, it gives the whole picture a sense of vulnerability and trust(maybe not but this is me rambling AHHH!!! It's so good!! They just look so intent upon looking each other, so wrapped up in each other.

And the one thing amazes me about this picture is the hands... OMG Harrys hands, and his arms, they are... orgasmic. I love the was he's so gentle in tilting Hermione's chin but he's holding her in that "don't ever let go" way with his other hand. Hermione's hand is perfect the way it's tangles up in Harry's hair.

Your shading's great, i especially love the way you've done Harry's shirt, and arms naturally, it's all just perfect....
